Award-winning International Architectural/Interior Design firm seeks Receptionist/ Administrative support.
This is a temporary position with a possible transition to a permanent position.
Monday through Friday. Ideal candidate must be flexible and possess strong communication skills both written and verbal. Must have customer service experience, strong technical skills and be a true team player. The position provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks:
Description :
- Answer a multi-line telephone and direct calls to the appropriate extension. Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the employee is unavailable
- Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
- Open the office in the morning.
- Meet and greet visitors to the company in a professional manner
- Take and retrieve messages for various personnel
- Receive, sort and forward incoming mail.
- Track location of office personnel as required
- Handle conference room reservations
- Provide related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating
- Provide general administrative support to Executive Assistants and other professionals as needed.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $20.83 - $25.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
