Award-winning International Architectural/Interior Design firm seeks Receptionist/ Administrative support.

This is a temporary position with a possible transition to a permanent position.

Monday through Friday. Ideal candidate must be flexible and possess strong communication skills both written and verbal. Must have customer service experience, strong technical skills and be a true team player. The position provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks:

Description :

  • Answer a multi-line telephone and direct calls to the appropriate extension. Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the employee is unavailable
  • Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
  • Open the office in the morning.
  • Meet and greet visitors to the company in a professional manner
  • Take and retrieve messages for various personnel
  • Receive, sort and forward incoming mail.
  • Track location of office personnel as required
  • Handle conference room reservations
  • Provide related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating
  • Provide general administrative support to Executive Assistants and other professionals as needed.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $20.83 - $25.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Ability to Commute:

  • New York, NY 10155 (Required)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $21 - $26
