Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Job Purpose:

The Graphic Technician is responsible for daily project production and completion of vinyl vehicle graphics. With a dedication to honoring commitments, creating positive experiences, fostering lifelong learning, exhibiting a pioneering spirit, and demonstrating good stewardship, you will contribute to our mission of providing top-notch service to our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Honor Commitments:

• Process and produce vinyl materials according to agreed-upon timelines and commitments, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Complete projects start to finish, honoring commitments to clients or internal stakeholders regarding project completion deadlines.

Create Positive Experiences:

• Prepare substrates and vehicles for application of graphics with care and attention to detail, ensuring a high-quality finish that enhances the overall customer experience.
• Follow layouts and directions as instructed to ensure that the final product meets or exceeds customer expectations, contributing to positive feedback and satisfaction.

Foster Lifelong Learning:

• Stay updated on new techniques and technologies in vinyl processing and signage production, fostering continuous improvement and skill development.
• Learn from each project completed from start to finish, identifying areas for improvement and incorporating new knowledge into future tasks.

Exhibit Pioneering Spirit:

• Exhibit creativity and innovation in the installation of plot vinyl, digital print vinyl, and wraps on various surfaces, exploring new methods to achieve desired outcomes.
• Proactively seek out solutions to challenges encountered during the processing and installation of signs and different substrates, demonstrating a pioneering approach to problem-solving.

Demonstrate Good Stewardship:

• Process signs and different substrates with attention to waste reduction and efficient resource use, demonstrating stewardship of materials and resources.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and tools used in vinyl processing and signage production, demonstrating responsible stewardship of company assets.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Experience in vinyl graphics installation, preferably on trucks, trailers, or large vehicles is helpful, but not necessary.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and precision in vinyl application.
• Proficiency in using installation tools such as squeegees, heat guns, and cutting tools.
• Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to different vehicle surfaces.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in graphic installation is a plus.
• One year experience in graphics related field.
• Able to lift 50 lbs,
• Familiar with all basic power tools and knowing how to use them safely
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Comfortable with ladder and motorized lift usage.
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment with limited supervision and multi task ?
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and maneuver large sheets of vinyl and equipment.
• Comfortable working in tight spaces and at varying heights.
• Valid Driver's license
