We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while managing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering phone systems.
Requirements
