We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience in equipment repair, with a focus on home medical equipment, such as power wheelchairs.
Duties:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on home medical equipment
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment for repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing repair needs
- Perform maintenance tasks on various types of machinery
- Collaborate with mechanics and dealership personnel to ensure timely repairs
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a mechanic or repair technician
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for equipment repair
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Ability to solder and perform electrical repairs
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with medical equipment
- Experience in using diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting
- Knowledge of different types of power tools used in repair work
