Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Secretary to join our team. Duties
- Manage and organize office tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain calendars for scheduling appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient time management.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory to ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage Excel spreadsheets, and Company Cam info.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent calendar management skills to coordinate schedules effectively.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
