Our client, an ENR Top 100 Heavy Civil Contractor specializing in Heavy Highway and Site Development construction, is seeking an experienced QA / QC Manager. Join one of Texas's fastest-growing and most reputable firms and play an integral role in project success. Must be a Professional Engineer to qualify for this position.

Salary : $175,000-$210,000 DOE

Background Profile :

10 years of experience in QA / QC for Heavy Civil Construction

Professional License is mandatory

Experience working on public and private works projects.

B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities :

Assists in creating company standards for quality procedures, including written programs and procedures.

Assists in developing quality control programs.

Supervises activities of QA / QC personnel on assigned projects.

Assists in training / orientation of employees.

Trains employees in some QA / QC facets.

Manages QA / QC on assigned projects.

Develops and trains QA / QC workforce.

Performs additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.

Performs other duties and services to ensure projects are delivered successfully, and client is satisfied.
