Full Time Data Entry/ Billing Specialist with Secretarial Skills needed for professional small family owned and operated business. This is an hourly, entry level position that requires previous experience in a professional office environment and /or knowledge of office services support. Position offered is for 7:30 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities: Answer Phones, Schedule Appointments, Data Entry, Account Billing, Filing and Customer Correspondence.
Strong Customer Service Skills and other miscellaneous secretarial skills.
Preferred Requirements: Knowledge of Excel, Knowledge of Windows, Ability to Multitask, Organized, Attentive to Detail, Effective & Respective Oral and Written Abilities and other office skills.
Must be able to handle pressure during busy seasons.
