What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Manager position at Peterson's Property Maintenance, Inc.?
MAINTENANCE MANAGER
· Will physically be working with the staff at all times and managing them
· Normal schedule Monday through Friday 7am-3pm
· Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week if required
· Includes rotating on call weekends, currently one weekend every 4 weeks.
· Valid Driver’s License required
· Background check required
· Landscaping and snow plowing experience required.
· Other jobs you will be trained on: sales, water restoration, carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, gutter cleaning, after construction cleanups, window cleaning and any other services we offer
· Experience repairing small equipment (vacuums, mowers, weed eaters, etc…)
· Pay based on experience.
· Paid vacation, paid sick and paid holidays after introductory period.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
