About the Role:
Peterson Technology Partners (PTP) is expanding its enterprise IT sales team and looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic IT consulting and staffing partnerships with Fortune 1000 clients.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Drive New Business – Develop and execute full-cycle sales strategies to grow revenue.
✅ Expand Key Accounts – Deepen relationships within existing enterprise clients and generate additional business.
✅ Consultative Selling – Understand client challenges in AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Data and offer tailored IT solutions.
✅ Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with recruitment and leadership teams to deliver on client needs.
✅ Achieve Revenue Goals – Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
Who You Are:
✔ Experienced in IT Sales – 7 years of experience in IT staffing, consulting, or managed services sales.
✔ Proven Track Record – You’ve consistently hit sales targets in Fortune 1000 markets.
✔ Relationship-Driven – Ability to engage and build long-term relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and hiring leaders.
✔ Strategic & Tactical – You can craft high-level sales strategies while executing daily prospecting and deal-closing activities.
