Job Overview:
Come join our growing Marketing team! As our Brand Manager, you will help in leading our marketing efforts on the Minties and VetIQ brands. In this role, you will work closely with the Vice President of Marketing to develop and execute strategic initiatives that deliver on top-line and bottom-line growth objectives. Responsibilities include the development of insight-driven marketing strategies, brand positioning, innovation, communication, & long-term growth roadmap.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
·Develop and execute brand initiatives that deliver against brand, financial and share objectives.
·Lead development and execution of marketing strategies, including brand positioning, innovation, communication, and long-term growth roadmap.
·Be the consumer expert and champion for the organization by maintaining a deep understanding of consumer needs, trends, attitudes, behaviors, etc
·Lead business reporting. Leverage all available data sources to understand brand health and in-market performance; recommend and implement corrective actions as needed.
· Assist in managing brand P&L.
· Lead cross-functional team to effectively execute marketing initiatives
· Provide clear direction to broad marketing team to ensure effective translation of brand strategies into activation plans.
· Lead development and execution of product and packaging innovation.
· Have strong understanding of the eCommerce channel and ability to support media mix and assortment recommendations.
· Collaborate with key partners across sales & insights teams to develop compelling sell-in story and materials.
\n- At least 3 years of brand marketing or brand management experience
- Demonstrated strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; strong communication and presentation skills; strong collaborator with a demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred

Salary : $76,300 - $96,600
