Petit Pierre Bakery in Magnolia is hiring for a full time Lead Barista. We are a busy French bakery offering quality pastries, breads, hand crafted beverages and lunches. We pride ourselves on being a neighborhood staple with a warm and friendly atmosphere. We are looking for a Lead Barista/Counter Service help to join our team. Must have prior Lead/Management experience.
Duties include:
- Managing front of house team
- Comfortable with delegating and ensuring tasks are completed
- Communicates well with BOH team on products
- Train and conducts interviews for new team members
- Offer positive, outgoing and friendly customer service
- Make coffees and beverages
- Pastry counter service. Take orders and box pastries.
- Works well as a team and independently
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Works well high volume/busy atmosphere
- Able to work on feet for 8 hours
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work early mornings and weekends
- Hardworking and reliable
- Must be available weekends

Competitive wage: Base starts at $18.50/hr tips (extra $5-$7 per hour) = $24-$26/hr. Raises dependent on performance.
