Landscape Designer
We are seeking a creative and experienced Landscape Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape design, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for horticulture.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscape design needs and preferences.
- Create detailed landscape designs.
- Select appropriate plants, materials, and features for each project.
- Provide cost estimates and provide customers with detailed drawings.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends and best practices in landscape design and horticulture.
- Assist customers on the sales floor when not doing design work and/or off seasons.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Certification in landscape architecture, horticulture, or a related field, preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape design.
- Strong knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and sustainable design practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work weekend and evening shifts depending on business needs.
