Role Overview

Join our innovative team as a Marketing Associate and drive strategic growth. In this role, you'll craft compelling narratives around our platform, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and nurture client relationships that convert to business. Working directly with the CEO, you'll gain invaluable mentorship in building a market presence that attracts and retains clients in the competitive fintech landscape. Passion for finance is required!

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing strategies that position our lending platform as an industry leader
• Create engaging content across multiple channels to generate interest and educate potential clients
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through targeted outreach and relationship cultivation
• Translate marketing efforts into measurable business results by guiding qualified leads through the conversion process

Requirements

• Creative mindset with ability to craft compelling narratives around financial products and services
• Strong digital marketing acumen with understanding of content strategy, social media, and lead generation
• Data-driven approach to measuring campaign effectiveness and optimizing marketing ROI
• Excellent communication skills for developing persuasive materials and presenting to potential clients
• Understanding of financial services marketplace; experience in fintech or lending a plus
• Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
