Role Overview
We're looking for an Operations Associate to join our growing team. This position offers direct mentorship from the CEO and significant growth potential for a candidate with financial acumen, attention to detail, and a hunger to learn and grow quickly. You'll be involved in our core loan servicing operations while contributing to other aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support core loan servicing functions including payment processing, reconciliation, and loan administration
- Assist with loan onboarding, verification, and portfolio management using our custom-built platform
- Communicate professionally with clients (both lenders and borrowers) via phone, email, and other channels
- Help develop and implement our marketing strategies and contribute to business development
- Support the team with various other admin and operational tasks as needed
Requirements
- Financial acumen with ability to handle calculations confidently; background in finance, accounting, or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional communication skills for client interaction
- Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and creative problem-solving abilities
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems quickly
- Proficiency with various software platforms; experience with CRM and financial software a plus
- Software development experience (even no/low code) beneficial but not required
