In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining our Everett WA area Cardlock stations to our brand and safety standards, creating an excellent first impression for customers.
Key Responsibilities

Performs routine maintenance and repair at facilities on pumps and other related equipment at unattended Cardlock fueling stations.
- Completes site compliance inspections and correction of deficiencies on: fuel dispensers including security seals, hoses, nozzles and filters; and required signage, imaging, painting and lighting.
- Site cleanliness including trash & spill clean-up.
- Assist third party operators with site compliance testing (every 6 months) and inspection calibration (every 3 years).
- Complete daily work log using internal Titan program, to meet all requirements for State and Regional Agencies i.e., Clean Air.
- Ability to take part in on-call after hours based on basic needs and/or emergencies (appropriately rotated between department employees).
- Strong attention to detail a must to meet specific requirements for State Environmental and Fire Marshall Regulations.
- Perform other special projects as needed.
Job Requirements
- Valid Driver’s license and acceptable driving record at time of hire.
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience in facility maintenance and compliance for large commercial facilities and/or multi-unit properties.
- Indoor/Outdoor Fuel Facility PPE awareness.
- Fuel facility maintenance experience a plus.
Company Provided Training (within 30 days of hire)
- State A/B Operator Certification.
- Various OSHA and Safety Certifications.
