The Automotive Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our automotive service department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, maintaining efficient operations, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Includes, but is not limited to :
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain a consistent workflow and efficient operation of the automotive service department.
- Interact with customers to assess their vehicle repair needs, provide estimates, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Report financial performance metrics, including revenue, expenses, and profit margins, to the District Manager.
- Manage the check-in and billing processes for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Oversee the scheduling of automotive service appointments and allocate resources effectively to meet demand.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve service offerings.
- Must be able to work 10 hours a day, 5 days a week, including Saturdays, to meet business demands.
