About the Role
The Front Desk Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining a positive and professional environment for our guests. This individual will be responsible for greeting and dispatching visitors, performing routine clerical and administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates sends/receives and distributes mail to appropriate parties
- Coordinates courier service needs in support of departments
- Maintains office areas, work orders, and equipment and housekeeping of LQF Administration and Annex Administration facilities
- Serves as a back-up to Administrative Assistant
Requirements
- Ability to organize tasks
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
- Must be able to proficiently operate a multi-line phone system
