Job Description
The Administrative Support Specialist provides administrative assistance to various departments within Petroplan. This individual will perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, answering telephones, receiving the public, and providing customer assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs routine clerical and administrative work
- Provides support to Manager of Office Services and Administrative Assistant as needed
- Acts as the first point of contact for all visitors and receives and directs inquiries as needed
- Responsible for maintaining and reviewing all elevator inspections
