We have partnered with a rapid-growing upstream oil and gas operator in search of a Senior Revenue Accountant.
Position Overview :
The Senior Revenue Accountant is responsible for revenue and regulatory accounting.
Responsibilities
- Record oil, gas, and NGL sales for multiple entities - operated and non-operated
- Prepare revenue allocations as required
- Match field sales tickets to crude oil statements
- Complete severance tax reports and payments for multiple states
- Prepare federal (ONRR) and state royalty reporting and payments
- Other state filing requirements such as quarterly withholding and annual reconciliations
- Integrate acquisitions
- Run monthly results reports for multiple companies (LOS, LOE, Rev, etc.)
- Journal entries as necessary, including accruals
- Escheat
