Job Description
This position involves developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes and methods that align with product specifications and quality standards.
The successful candidate will lead new product manufacturing process launches, manage small to large-scale projects, and improve production processes and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements, recommending changes to ensure optimal manufacturing operations.
- Manage project milestones, create countermeasure plans, and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
- Design and develop new process equipment, tooling, and QA devices to meet customer requirements.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques to enhance the continuous improvement culture and engage team members.
- Address safety, quality, and delivery issues daily, using root cause analysis techniques to resolve problems efficiently.
- Manage change requests through the EC system and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
- 3 years' experience in Manufacturing Engineering or project management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Solid Modeling Software, and ERP systems.
- Experience in safe work environments and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and ability to lead teams effectively.
