What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Inspectors 2nd and 3rd Shift position at Pexco?
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strictly adheres to Company and plant safety policies and procedures
Completes all annual training as required
Maintain and enforce a safe, clean work environment
Perform final inspection on all jobs
Perform in-process inspection audits and daily roams
Place orders on QC HOLD and notify all departments
Identify and handle nonconforming product
Collect, store and maintain sample retains
Record and store inspection data
Prepare Certificates of Compliance
Determine setup procedures
Clean tools, tooling and work area
Check for conformance specifications
Reel extruded products into rolls or reels
Set controls to regulate vacuum, air pressure, sizing rings and temperature
All other appropriate duties as and when required by the supervisor/manager
