Technician Supervisor – Fiber / Telecom (contract-to-hire)
6 Month Contract-to-Hire
Contract Hourly Rate - $25 / hr, DOE
Salary Conversion Range $50-60K, DOE
MUST have a valid Driver’s License
MUST be able to pass a background check, drug screen and DMV / driving record check
SUMMARY : Responsible for :
- Responsible for providing on-site coordination of fiber optic cabling, installation, modification, and splicing work performed by crew.
- Surveying job sites to determine the best installation practices
- Coordinating workflow within the field, acting as company liaison
- Real time identification of punchlist items
- Ensure and maintain all company quality control and safety requirements
- Identify performance issues and recommend and implement corrective action
- Coordinate scheduling and ensure adequate crew capacity
- Perform quality control inspections and correct issues and complaints in real time
- Resolve complaints with property owners in areas where personnel are working
Qualifications :
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
