Job Summary:
Utilizes advanced knowledge of business practices in order to anticipate necessary changes in Finance Organization as whole. Recommends and develops strategies for implementing appropriate internal changes or responding to external changes. The Sr. Analyst, Organizational Change Management will report to the Sr. Manager, Finance OCM Team and partner with project and department leadership to strategize, manage, and support all finance change initiatives. This will include executing change activities, partnering on change strategies, and maintaining responsibility for drafting, coordinating, and executing for both internal and external communication plans and tactics.
Essential Duties:
- Partner to develop and execute on organizational change management strategies for finance initiatives, aligned to the broad finance agenda and enterprise priorities
- Identify and collaborate with up to director level and mid-level leadership to complete high-level and detailed change impact assessments which clearly document project impact on people, process, and technology.
- Partner to develop change action plans based on change impact assessment.
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify and assess existing engagement channels for communications and engagement activities.
- Develop and execute communications and engagement strategies for finance initiatives, including utilizing multiple mediums (email, video, web-based, company newsletter articles, etc.). Partner with cross department stakeholders to deliver via established channels.
- Continuously represents the perspective of the impacted stakeholder and advises peers and leaders on the impacted POV.
- With oversight, develops company message positioning on assigned issues and recommends delivery and timing of company messages to target audience.
- Works with management to execute internal communications tactics designed to contribute to the company's employee engagement campaign and the related behaviors to support a motivated workforce.
- Collaborates to prepare and execute training strategies, tactics, materials, and events for targeted groups as identified by change impact assessment needs.
- May coordinate and assist in the administration and planning of large company events.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (required) - Business, Communications, Finance, Marketing, HR or similar field.
HSD - required
Work Experience - 5 years minimum
