SUMMARY :
The Technology Manager will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and innovative cloud-based solutions / cloud applications on the Azure platform. Responsibilities include :
- Manage technology team, infrastructure, and third-party budget (CapEx, OpEx) and reporting.
- Define and substantiate technology investment strategy.
- Manage multiple technical projects working with IT, third party, and in-house technology team, including technical project planning, monitoring, and controlling the project performance.

QUALIFICATIONS :
Certified Agile Scrum Master, preferred.7-10 years of experience leading technology teams, including extensive offshore outsourced team coordination and management.5 years of experience in cloud application development with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.Proven expertise in SaaS development with 5 years of experience managing growing SaaS solutions.7-10 years of software engineering, systems engineering or similar experience.Technical :
Familiarity with scaling cloud infrastructure in Azure , monitoring and alerting, security, containers and Kubernetes, and CI / CD, Kafka and other real-time streaming data pipelines, SQL and no-SQL DB.Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Active Directory, Azure DevOps, Azure Key Vault, etc.Thorough understanding of microservices architecture and coding experience in Java or .Net environment, Node.Js.Understanding of AI / ML, and new technologies such as LLM.Experience with mobile UI / UX design, database & storage, Networking and API integration, Security, performance optimization. Multiplatform coding tools such as capacitor.Js.Understanding of Virtual Networking, Network Security, Hybrid Networking, Load balancing and Traffic managementExperience with cloud security practices, including role-based access control (RBAC), encryption, and compliance frameworks.Good understanding of SOC2, NIST, ISO, GDPR compliance.Additional Qualifications :
Proven success as a project manager for software teams.Experience with Agile software development methodologies and productivity tools like MS DevOPS / JIRA.Software development experience as a developer is a plus, but not required.Strong project management skills including status reporting and leading workstreams.Exposure to resource intensive industry, such as energy, mining, or construction.Entrepreneurial spirit, priding on getting things done with a high level of quality.About PRG
