Job Summary

P.F. Chang's seeks highly motivated and experienced Bartenders to join our team.

As a Bartender at P.F. Chang's, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience and creating a memorable dining experience for our customers.

You will work closely with our service team to ensure that every guest has an outstanding dining experience.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guest expectations through exceptional customer service skills and etiquette.
\
• Making and executing P.F. Chang's alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes.
\
• Operating and cleaning bar equipment, and assisting in inventories and restocking of beverages.
\
• Partnerships with other hospitality service team members to ensure that every guest has everything they need.
\
• Ability to learn how to set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang's China Bistro specifications.

• FOLLOWING company procedures for responsible alcoholic service.

Requirements

\

To be successful in this role, you must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol, have excellent customer service skills and etiquette, and be able to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.

\

You should also be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment and have knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures.

\

A current Food Handler's Card or the ability to obtain one is required, where applicable.
