- Providing exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
- Assisting members with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Resolving member concerns and escalating to a Manager as needed.
- Ensuring that all exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities are clean and sanitized.
