JOB TITLE: Machine Operator
LOCATION: Lebanon, OH
REPORT TO: Production Supervisor
DATE: November 2024
We are looking for a Machine Operator to be based out of our Lebanon, OH location. You will be accountable for the operation of a variety of machines to assist with meeting daily production goals. Responsibilities range from preparing machines for specific jobs to cycling materials through to the finished product.
Duties and Responsibilities Include
- Operate machines as necessary
- Move raw materials
- Ensure quality standards set by production control
- Monitor and record all required information reporting any irregularities in equipment or products
- Assist with inventory control
- Program machines to meet the requirements of each job
- Keep work area safe and clean
Skills, Knowledge and Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5 years’ experience in manufacturing
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Self-directed, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to coordinate, and accomplish multiple competing priorities
- Proficient in math
- Must be able to accurately read tape measure
- Basic hand tools
- Minor maintenance to equipment
- Fork lift exp.
- Ability to work independently or as a team.
- Must be available for overtime and Saturday when demand requires
- Basic computer skills
Physical Demands/Work Environment
- Required to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Repetitive bending, twisting, and reaching throughout the day
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to handle noisy conditions
- Second Shift
