Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide leadership for approximately 12 staff members and student ambassadors, collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve our strategic goals. This includes developing and implementing an effective enrollment management plan, leveraging our strengths in graduate programs and the honors program to attract top undergraduate talent, and working closely with the athletic department to optimize roster sizes and ensure compliance with financial aid regulations.
Key Qualifications
- Masters Degree, PhD, or EdD preferred and/or relevant experience
- Proven track record of driving enrollment growth, persistence, and completion through strategic planning and collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholder groups
