Shift : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
SUMMARY
The Shipping / Receiving Clerk (RMA) is responsible for ensuring that incoming materials are received, properly stored, and staged for repair technicians or MRB disposition. Assures that Service orders are filled and shipped according to Standard Operating Procedures. Supports the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the RMA / Service department by assisting in both shipping and receiving duties.

Duties
- Stages materials for service evaluations.
- Packages for shipment and boxes per SOPs or customer instructions.
- Assists with receiving duties, including unloading, inspecting, and stocking incoming materials, as needed.
- Supports Production Control requests and other service-related duties as needed.
- Crates products for shipment.
- Ensures proper handling and storage of materials in compliance with company procedures.
- Processing shipments through vendor metering and label creation.
- Train Level I Shipping Clerks.

80% inside, open warehouse environment, and 20% outside-yard environment, where temperatures during the year range from very cold (20s) in the winter to extremely hot (110 ) in the summer. Frequently lifting to 50 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance. Must wear safety glasses and hearing protection where required, and a face shield while building crates and using packaging foam equipment.
Tasks require walking, sitting, bending, reaching, mobility, frequent lifting and pushing / pulling. Work requires computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and data-entry), attention to detail and accuracy. Communication skills including listening and speaking are required for interaction with other employees, vendors, and customers. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to balance multiple tasks and any stress associated with the duties and responsibilities of this position are essential requirements in the performance of this job.
Secondary duties with added requirements may be assigned from time to time.

General Qualifications :
Education and / or Experience
Any combination of education, training, and experience equivalent to graduation from high school, or that would provide the required knowledge, skill, and ability to successfully perform the assigned job duties.
Six months of shipping and / or receiving experience, or equivalent.
Language Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Mathematical Skills
Basic mathematics skills.
Reasoning Ability
Able to work in a fast-paced service and logistics environment, with quickly changing work priorities, and with minimal interaction to complete assignments on time.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid driver’s license.
