Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will engage in a variety of tasks related to pre- and post-sales support. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting for potential customers and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients in your designated territory. This role requires significant face-to-face interaction with customers, and you should expect substantial travel, including overnight stays, exceeding 50% of your time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish a network and schedule of sales calls to customer locations, ensuring timely follow-up on leads.
- Review customer requirements and present our companys innovative products that best meet those needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate new product introductions, including product demonstrations and training sessions to enhance product understanding.
- Utilize CRM tools and Outlook to manage sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline, while regularly submitting sales reports as required by management.
- Provide accurate forecasts of sales volume for your assigned territory.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and customers to ensure high-quality customer support.
- Achieve established sales quotas and revenue goals consistently.
- Consult with management for guidance in complex situations as needed.
- Participate in sales training and meetings as required for continuous improvement.
Physical Demands
This position requires physical capabilities including walking, sitting, bending, reaching, and frequent lifting. Strong computer skills (word processing, presentations, spreadsheets) and attention to detail are essential.
