PFF has several part-time and one full-time (PM) positions currently available. All positions require an every other weekend commitment.
PFF is also looking to re-open one of our homes that was temporarily closed. We will be hiring for all shifts in this home serving mainly females. These positions would not be available until 2025, however, we are looking for the right people to join our growing team in preparation.
JOB OPENINGS IN OUR Community Residential Setting FOR FULL-TIME, PART-TIME AND FLOAT POSITIONS. Starting Wage is $17-21.75/hour(during awake hours) and $10.85 during sleep hours; company vehicle provided during shift.

**$250.00 EMPLOYMENT INCENTIVE OFFERED AFTER 6 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT
PFF provides residential services for adults with intellectual disabilities living in residential and community settings. Employees provide supervision, teach basic living skills, and transport clients to community activities. All training provided. Valid driver's license required and must be approved by the company's motor vehicle insurance carrier; Must be 18 years of age and pass a MN Criminal Background Study.
Applicants need to have good judgement and exceptional abilities providing therapeutic guidance to the individuals served while promoting independence in their lives and in the community. Applicant must also be able to work independently with limited supervision.
