Job Summary
PFG Customized Distribution is seeking a Delivery Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operations team, you will be responsible for assisting experienced drivers in the delivery of food and service products while learning to operate tractor trailers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist driver trainers with deliveries and routes.
- Perform all required safety checks, including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Report all safety issues and/or repairs required.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
- Able to attain CDL Permit and DOT Health Card.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years.
- Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
