PFG Customized Distribution is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Driver Trainee. This role provides the perfect opportunity to develop skills and experience in logistics and transportation.
Job Summary:
This is an entry-level position that involves training to become a proficient delivery driver. The successful candidate will assist experienced drivers with deliveries, learn safe delivery practices, and ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform pre/post trip safety checks on tractor trailers according to DOT regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading products from trailers.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Must be 21 years of age and have a valid CDL Permit.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years.
