Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a 2nd Shift CNC Lead located in New Carlisle, OH. The Lead person will be responsible for overseeing CNC operations during the 2nd shift, ensuring quality production, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in CNC machining and operation with emphasis on lathe work
- Leadership and supervisory skills
- Experience setting up an running CNC lathes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong background in metrology
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and quality assurance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical education is a plus
