ROLE SUMMARY
Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, Aida Habtezion, MD, the Head of Medial Evidence Generation will be a key member of Pfizer's CMO Leadership Team. The Head of Medical Evidence Generation will be responsible for enabling Medical strategy through data-driven evidence generation and insights across multiple TA and assets, driving integrated evidence planning, designing and operationalizing Medical evidence generation approaches (including NIS, RWE studies, ISRs, research collaborations, patient centered research and partnerships).
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enable Medical strategy, asset and franchise strategies through various modalities of evidence generation, ensuring alignment of and consistent approaches to medical evidence generation (including NIS, RWE studies, ISRs, research collaborations, patient centered research and partnerships) and other data across the asset lifecycle ( from early research and development through marketed use).
- In collaboration with the cross-functional leadership team, drive vision and build executive support across the organization by understanding their business needs, informing Evidence Generation strategies that aligns with R&D and Commercial objectives.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration within the organization to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to evidence generation.
- Maintain a complete Medical Evidence "Book of Work" of all concepts, studies, and projects across categories and geographies.
- Inform studies and support execution, data analyses and reporting across the asset lifecycle.
- Leverage and cultivate strong relationships with ecosystem partners to understand how landscape is evolving.
- Identify and promote innovation in evidence generation methodologies, leveraging new technologies, data sources, and analytical technique as well as understand new guidelines, including regulations / policies in key markets, market trends, and study designs.
- Provide study execution support (e.g., protocol writing, methodology) as needed for global and country level.
- Ensure study quality, integrity, and compliance in accordance with Pfizer policies and process.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $330,000.00 to $550,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 45.0% of the base salary.
