Overview
PFL Services is looking for an Inventory Manager. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction and tools used in the field. Tool Management to support the field is a crucial part of this position.
Responsibilities
- Manage tools and equipment as needed for supporting field operations.
- Monitor stock levels across all products using inventory management systems, recording incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments to maintain accurate records.
- Place orders with suppliers, negotiate pricing and delivery terms to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, addressing any issues with quality, delivery times, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory costs, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement strategies to minimize waste and overstocking.
- Generate reports on inventory levels and potential stock shortages to inform decision-making.
- Inspect incoming inventory to ensure quality standards are met and address any discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Must know and understand English
- Must have previous experience
