The BI Data and Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting the company's sales and strategies, through reporting and analysis. They will partner with all business units to improve efficiencies, deliver new solutions and maintain a high-quality control environment. We are looking for qualified candidates that are located in Connecticut and who are able to commute to the office in Orange, Connecticut three days a week.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Work with business line leaders to provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis on key sales metrics, goals, trends and KPI’s.
- Complete month end reporting including sales incentives.
- Maintain data driven solutions using SQL Server and various business intelligence tools including Power BI.
- Identify and diagnose data quality issues; provide recommendations on solutions and manage resolution.
- Ensure accuracy of all reporting by maintaining a thorough Quality Control environment.
- Facilitate communication with field and senior management via automated reporting, regional research and requests.
- Respond in a timely, professional and accurate manner to all ad-hoc requests from field and senior management.
