We are looking for qualified candidates that are located in Connecticut and who are able to commute to the office in Orange, Connecticut three days a week.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Work with business line leaders to provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis on key sales metrics, goals, trends and KPI's.
- Complete month end reporting including sales incentives.
- Maintain data driven solutions using SQL Server and various business intelligence tools including Power BI.
- Identify and diagnose data quality issues; provide recommendations on solutions and manage resolution.
- Ensure accuracy of all reporting by maintaining a thorough Quality Control environment.
- Facilitate communication with field and senior management via automated reporting, regional research and requests.
- Respond in a timely, professional and accurate manner to all ad-hoc requests from field and senior management.
