Responsibilities of our Customer Service Representatives include:
1. Communicating with patients to help them resolve their healthcare accounts
2. Solving issues, setting payment expectations, arranging payments and requesting
information from patients
3. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions
Qualifications
- Customer service experience demonstrating compassion and concern
- Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding listening, communication, problem-solving and research skills
- Good computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task routinely
- Professional presentation/appearance/demeanor
- Demonstrated stable work history
