Duties
- Coordinate and oversee support services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

- Supervise staff and volunteers involved in providing direct support to clients.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, service delivery, and administrative records.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address behavioral health concerns and promote overall well-being.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
