Job Summary: The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations during shifts, ensuring that all concession attendants are performing their duties effectively and providing exceptional service to guests. The Concessions Supervisor will also handle administrative tasks, including payroll, inventory management, and scheduling communications.
Key Responsibilities:

Opening and Closing Operations:
Arrive promptly at 6:15 AM to initiate daily operations and effectively conclude tasks at the end of the shift. -
Staff Management:
Ensure all concession attendants clock in on time, are in proper uniform, and understand their daily responsibilities. Document attendance issues and inform the manager as needed. -
Communication:
Communicate with groups and relay information about daily groups and master accounts to the concession team to ensure smooth operations. -
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor staff throughout the shift to ensure they are actively engaged in their roles, making adjustments as necessary to meet operational standards. -
Cart Inspections:
Regularly inspect all concession carts to ensure they are clean, organized, and properly stocked to meet guest expectations. -
Ice Cooler Preparation:
Pre-load personal golf cart coolers with water and ice based on group requests, maintaining product quality throughout the event. -
Inventory Management:
Conduct end-of-day inventory checks in the office, document product needs, and ensure stock levels are adequate for upcoming shifts. -
Team Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for attendants in the absence of the manager, facilitating communication regarding shift changes, absences, and operational updates. -
Run Product:
Distribute products to concession attendants on the course as needed to ensure efficient service. -
Administrative Duties:
Create and maintain lists of products that need to be ordered, ensure all side work is completed by the end of each shift, and assist in maintaining smooth daily operations.
