What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor position at PGE Hospitality?
Local hotel is seeking motivated people to represent as a Guest Service Agent. We are seeking Second Shift Front Desk (3pm-11pm) and Night Audit shift (11pm-7am).
As a Guest Service Agent, you would be responsible for guiding the guest from the front doors to check in and inform of the layout of the hotel with all the other amenities that the hotel has for their stay to be an enjoyable experience.
Includes training for the front desk system, phone etiquette, taking reservations, resolve any problems to improve guest satisfaction.
Full time, Part time
Experience preferred, but will train anyone interested in the hospitality industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.75 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
