Job Summary
Source and secure qualified interpreters to meet the customer's operational needs, as specified in work orders and task orders within the prime contract.
- Act as the primary linguistic support contact for the government client, providing comprehensive language services, including research, language identification, and cultural analysis.
- Manage all steps in the Order-to-Fulfil process, including solicitation, offer receipt, contractor selection, and work order awards.
- Utilize and maintain multiple program databases, ensuring accurate updates on work order rates, terms, and conditions as part of the O2F process.
Qualifications
- Skilled in managing large contracts and high-stakes language service projects.
- Experienced in resource allocation, budgeting, and workflow optimization to meet language-specific demands.
- Collaborates effectively with stakeholders like government agencies, court managers, and language providers.
Requirements
- Bilingual, preferably Spanish
- Proficient in analysing demographics, language demand, and geographic factors affecting interpreter availability.
