Job Description
Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing portfolio and selecting delinquent accounts for collection efforts.
• Evaluating customer records and making appropriate decisions regarding future action on accounts.
• Maintaining a customer service focus to build and sustain productive internal and external customer relationships.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal credit policies.
