Our client, a growing and dynamic SEC-registered RIA, is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Operations. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented leader with a strong ability to think critically and drive operational excellence.
In this fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will work closely with the Investment Operations team to ensure that client needs are met with precision and efficiency. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of custodial platforms, a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, and the ability to refine and implement key operational processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop Client Service professionals while collaborating with the Investment Operations team to deliver exceptional client service.
- Coordinate with multiple custodians and outside data providers to support client transactions.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet requests from Advisors in various locations.
- Oversee daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in refining and implementing processes related to client onboarding, client maintenance, customer relationship management workflows, and transaction reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the Reporting team to provide accurate client data and transaction information promptly.
