Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee metering and monitoring systems for water and wastewater, including data collection, integration, and reporting.
- Lead teams and manage multidisciplinary projects, budgets, and timelines.
- Design and implement innovative data solutions, including automated reporting and real-time analytics tools, to enhance operational decision-making.
- Drive technology adoption, including advanced calibration software and SCADA functionality testing, to streamline utility operations.
- Develop and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Your Background:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analytics tools; experience with PowerBI and SCADA systems is highly desirable.
- Experience: Hands-on experience in data-driven solutions for water, wastewater, or utility projects. Strong background in integrating engineering workflows with advanced analytics and reporting tools.
- Certifications (Preferred): PE license or water system operator certifications
