The Opportunity:
Hogan Prep Elementary school is currently searching for an experienced Elementary School Principal to lead our campus forward for the '25-'26 SY. Hogan Preparatory Academy, managed by PLA, is located in the heart of Kansas City. Founded in 1942, our school was originally called Bishop Hogan, named after John Joseph Hogan, the first Bishop of the Diocese of Kansas City, Missouri. Bishop Hogan operated as a private Catholic school until 1999 when we became a public charter school. We currently serve nearly 1k scholars, PK through 12th grade. In addition to rigorous academics, we pride ourselves in offering art, music, foreign language and competitive youth sports, and a commitment to excellence in all that we do. Our next principal will be charged with fostering a high quality comprehensive educational environment that inspires excellence in academics and character by educating the whole child, setting high expectations, partnering with parents and the community, and fully maximizing available resources.
