Duties
- Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to important documents.
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Utilize computer software for data entry, document preparation, and communication.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist pharmacies with credentialing and paperwork applications for licensing and insurance contracts.
Experience
- Pharmacy experience is major plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
