Job Title: Production Supervisor, Manufacturing– 1st Shift
Department: 160 Processing Department
Reports To: Sr. Production Manager
JOB SUMMARY: The Production Supervisor, Retail responsibilities include overseeing the processing team. The primary role of the Production Supervisor, Manufacturing is to ensure the daily job responsibilities of the processing team are completed in compliance with PharmaLink’s SOP’s and Quality Programs.
Duties And Responsibilities
Job requirements / qualifications
2-3 years’ experience in a Supervisor role
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must have basic computer skills, including data entry, Word and Outlook.
Must be flexible, self-motivated, and have the ability to perform all tasks within the Processing Department.
Excellent training abilities.
Must maintain a positive attitude in a high-performance team environment.
Must be available to work overtime upon reasonable notice, including weekends.
Must pass background check and random drug screenings.
Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
Must be adaptable and flexible in dealing with a diverse work force

Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily processing workflow.
- Assign work to processors and packers.
- Leads and all Processors positions report to this position.
- Distribute schedules and coordinate the scheduling of overtime when approved by Management.
- Partner with Management on creating/revising existing/new SOP’s for processes.
- Assist in training personnel.
- Maintain training program in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure all KPI’s are met and reported to upper management.
- Work with Quality Specialist to assure all SOP’s and training documentation is current.
- Drive lean manufacturing philosophy and practices
- Handle performance reviews and lead, coach, and train all employees toward a team concept.
- Provide administrative support for processing department when necessary.
- Maintain equipment.
- Order supplies/materials as needed for the department.
- Ensure the employees are clocking in/out daily and report any absences to Management.
- Ability to clearly communicate with colleagues in written and verbal form.
