Job Description
The HR & Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, encompassing a wide range of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Management:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Develop educational materials and provide guidance on employee relations issues.
- Benefit Program Management:
- Oversee retirement plans, group health insurance, and other programs.
- CPA Support:
- Provide bookkeeping services.
- Reconcile financial transactions.
- Manage the paycheck cycle and associated details.
- Prepare quarter/annual compilation reports.
- Other Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with various office operations as assigned.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in HR and/or administration or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is highly preferred.
