Job Description

The HR & Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, encompassing a wide range of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Management:
    • Manage the full cycle recruitment process from start to finish.
    • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate employee records.
    • Develop educational materials and provide guidance on employee relations issues.
  • Benefit Program Management:
    • Oversee retirement plans, group health insurance, and other programs.
  • CPA Support:
    • Provide bookkeeping services.
    • Reconcile financial transactions.
    • Manage the paycheck cycle and associated details.
    • Prepare quarter/annual compilation reports.
  • Other Administrative Tasks:
    • Assist with various office operations as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in HR and/or administration or a related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is highly preferred.
